Solis Garden Apartments

"The studio i viewed was very appealing hardwood floors island in the kitchen and barn doors to close off the bedroom. However the tour did not consist of the laundry unit on site and the parking area and when i went over the reviews i see why. I placed a holding fee and once that was done the number to get a hold of the property manager went out of service and the only way i got a hold of someone was through the reviews with a posted number. I never got the lease sent to me and never got a response with multiple phone calls and emails being sent out. When asking about the roach infestation the owner and manager beat around the bush with an answer. Glad we dodged the bullet."

"I lived here for 4 years, the first year it was totally fine but later on it got worse. There was a roach infestation, the walls got gray we called for them to fix it and they only painted it which didn’t help at all since it kept getting worst. There was roaches everywhere and im so glad we moved out from there. They wont do anything about it, the trash cans are a mess, and a father and a son got killed at night like at 4’o clock by a friend of the son. I will not be moving in these apts again, they charge alot just for nothing at all everything is messed up even the pool its never clean."

"This place and managment do not refund my deposit. We have been coming by every 1 month to ask them for update. It has been 6 months. But, they keep saying already requested and forwarded to accounting. When I asked for the contact, they wre not willing to share."

"Seems like they are scamming for application fee, they say they are Solis Garden but the application for the studio apartment goes to Solstice apartments. Be careful. They are not responding to any of my emails and even though I found their real number, no response. I applied and paid for a studio apartment application."

"Do not rent here!!! It was my first time living on my own and I did not do enough research. Now I know what to look for. This place is dirty, the neighbors are loud and crazy. The gate never works, and there was a homeless man sheltering in the laundry room. There was also a huge roach problem and I heard from other tenants it had started years back and the owners never want to fix the issue!!"
