"Convenient location. The townhouse I live in is underwhelming for the price. Old outdated windows that don't work very well. Washer/dryer combo is very low end for a place touted as "luxury living". Blinds on the large windows in the living room barely function and clearly need to be replaced. The sliding screen door handle on that same window has been broken since I moved in. Overall these places are not even close to luxury and are in dire need of maintenance and updating in the interior. The fake grass for the dogs to use is extremely undersized for the amount of dogs that use them which means they have a consistent stench of dog urine wofting throughout the area."

"I have been at Santana heights for 15 months now and we just transferred into a new unit and resigned a new lease. My experience here the first time around was anything but unpleasant and unprofessional. Not only during the move in but even throughout my lease. Anytime I had a problem no one would get back to me ever I had to consistently call and would end up just going into the office in order for things to get resolved. But this time around we had the best experience ever. Renato was so professional and made our transition so easy and smooth I couldn’t believe how easy and fast everything was taken care of. Not only did Renato make things so easy and straightforward he would actually follow up with me when I would call about a question or something that was pending on our applications etc. He really knows what he is doing and i really think that they need more people like him in the office."
