"My wife and I are looking for a 2 bedrooms to move from our current location. We had an appointment with Carol Tiu the leasing consultant of Park Place Apartments. Carole was exceptionally accommodating and went out of her way to give us a great tour of the apartment complex. She was courteous, smiling and full of enthusiasm. We loved some of the lay outs in certains units. One particular unit which could serve our need was not available as of yet. Carol promised to get back to us as soon as the unit becomes available. Impeccable service it was."

"I am super excited about this place. The Management was quick enough to act on my rental application and got an approval after two (2) days from submitting my requirements. Javier, the Property Manager is so accommodating, patient and helpful with my application, and made sure there are no missing details on my application. Nathan, the Leasing Consultant, was thrilled to tour me around the apartment and made sure that all my questions were answered. Kudos for the great work!"

"The manager, Javier, is quick to make sure all work orders are completed in a timely manner, and keeps a very clean and tidy facility. The complex is very close to downtown Walnut Creek, and the residents are super kind. I have always had a great experience with all staff/management/on site maintenance."

"I have been looking for a cheap and convenient place to live, I have moved here in 2019, this place is perfect for a new college graduate. Really close to downtown and dog park. You get to enjoy local restaurants and meet dog friends. The apartment is also close by the highway 680 and really close to sf. The one bedroom is very spacious and dog friendly! The application process is very smooth and fast. They will provide me a list of items I need to bring. The fee is reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"Horrendous management. The apartment I had waited 2 months for was “accidentally rented” while I was in the process of applying for it. The person who rented it happened to cancel. So I gave them their money and waited for them to screen my application. One leasing agent Samantha said my background check and credit check looked “great”, another leasing agent named Ed confirmed that my income well exceeded the requirement. I had met all of the qualifications according to their documents. So it came as a total shock when after a week of waiting, Andrea informed me that I was denied. They couldn’t give me a legitimate answer as to why and wouldn’t let me speak to the “corporate” office that supposedly makes the decisions. They wouldn’t even deny my accusation of discrimination. After all that they still put up a fight when I wanted my money back. Very shady. A friend of mine had a similar experience with them. Great location but not worth dealing with such horrible management that won’t comply with fair housing laws, especially given what I’ve heard about mold and break-in problems at these apartments."
