"I have been a resident of Carmel House Apartments since 2020. My initial move onto the property during onset of the corona virus pandemic was amazingly a smooth transition. At that time Suzanne Fee was the manager and she was a pleasure to work through the process of onboarding me into the neighborhood. All of my concerns were addressed within 24 hours no matter how great or small. Eva Carlson, soon took over the manager position and has proven to be an asset to the property. Eva is a delightful person. she has a heart for the residents. She care about safety of the residents. Anytime I had concerns be it someone parking in my stall, or my air conditioning unit going out, Eva follows up with a phone call to get the more details and insight to the problem to ensure the service call is handled properly. Ruben takes care of the maintenance service calls and does an exceptional job. Ruben is responsive; hand the work is usually performed in a timely manner. Ruben provides status reports as needed and also follows up a few days later to ensure the device/appliance is working as the should.. Initially I moved into a one bedroom. As I began to outgrow the one bedroom, I inquired about two bedrooms and was happy to receive notification of an available unit a few months later. The process was seamless. I love Carmel House Apartments because of the on-site leadership provided by Eva and Ruben. Both are approachable, helpful and friendly. They make Carmel House feel like Home.
