"Normally I do not write bad reviews on apartments. But this I have to speak on. I honestly I want to say I am truly disappointed with the apartments. I went to go look at one and I was not pleased at all. A lot of the reviews I seen were right but they weren't up to date. I went to do look at the apartment between Dec12-14th I can't remember the exact date. But when the lady from management showed me the apartment as I went inside it smelt like mold and mildew. Cabnets were broken, dents in doors, and the bathroom was dirty. I asked the lady if the cabnets would be fixed she said no and it's just minor damage. I'm thinking in my head like if you are going to show an apartment it should be up to safe living conditions. Not only that I cancelled the application because I did not want to continue the process. I was so unhappy and I explained to my mom and my boyfriend on facetime It was a big NO. I do not recommend them. This management really needs to update their complex and really fix it. Please before you do an application and background check ask to see the place before authorizing anything."

"I lived here in 2018, it was nothing but a disaster...... at the time I had a motorcycle, the gate was broken when what I was paying for was a working gate . Well months later a vehicle came in and picked up my motorcycle and stole it You could see the line where the ramp was . Then for a long time my toilet was broken. The worst part was I had a leak in my roof where are my daughters room was gunna be, it took them over a month to come fix it . When they came and fixed it I was home I saw they cut the drywall open I could see beams of light coming from the roof then they patched the drywall up and never fixed the roof. When I had my leak the neighbor below me had water coming through his electrical outlets!!! All during this time the office told me to just set things up on there online program Or call a number I believe to make a appointment I still have those invoices. NOW!!!!! Over 3 years later they have my number my email and never got a invoice for money I owed "" for maintenance but yet sent me to collections even since I've bought a house and have perfect credit except this new stain from them. i Don't expect this to change or anything to be done ( probably have to pay to a money hungry entity) but as a family man beware of how You invest time and money."

"My family and I moved to these apartments July 2020 amidst the pandemic. Throughout the entire application and moving process Carmen was super helpful and genuine. This was my family’s first time living outside of San Francisco and we were nervous for the transiting. However, Carmen and Jasmine have been a tremendous blessing in our lives. They have helped resolve any maintenance issues in an expedited manner and are readily available to help. I, too, was nervous with all the negative reviews in here but let me tell you that it seems like Carmen and her team have been working around the clock to turn it all around. We haven’t had any issues since moving in and know that if we do encounter one, that we can rely on the friendly management team. It’s nice to be nice, people!!! If you ask kindly and treat others with respect, this team is willing to go above and beyond. I see us living here for many years to come. Thank you, Carmen and Jasmine!!!"

"I'm officially settled in at Rivershore Apartments. It's been a few weeks since my move in and the ladies in the office made this an easy transition for me. I have a 3 bedroom apartment that's been recently renovated. The kitchen cabinet's and counter tops are nice. Parking is pretty fair around here. A lot of 1st come 1st serve open parking. So far things has been good around here. The response time for the maintenance has been pretty impressive as well."

"I spent a year here at this apartment, overall was good. These are some of the cheapest apartments in the area, so keep that in mind. My unit wasn’t very clean when I moved in so I had to really scrub the place, but other than that the apartment has been very clean. I routinely see pest control vans coming by. There was one incident where I saw 3 cockroaches in a week but thanks to the management I was able to get pest control in my unit and haven’t seen one since. The management is really friendly and great at responding to work orders or issues. They have completed every work order I have put out and always within a day or two. Jasmine and Carmen are always more than willing to listen and help with anything they can. The neighbors are nice and for the most part keep to themselves. The laundry room is clean some times, kinda gross other times, I more so blame tenants than the staff. Lots of machines so even if there’s a few out of order you can usually still find a free machine. I’ve heard of some weird activity going on here but I haven’t been effected by it at all. I’m a single young woman who lives alone and while I would have liked for the gates to close and more security, overall it’s been a good experience."
