"TL;DR: Jeff Sid steals from tenants, neglects repairs, and ignores all communications. Avoid renting from Coriander Properties or Jeff Sid at all costs. Jeff is a negligent landlord. He regularly stole from me throughout my 3 years as his tenant. My belongings were taken by Jeff and his family from areas designated for tenants (e.g., bike rack, shared tenant patio). Jeff withheld my security deposit after I moved out for over 6 months and never responded to my many requests for information and return of the deposit. He ignored requests for repairs for months (washer dryer was regularly broken down without an effort to repair, carpet beetles and pantry moths infested the building, bugs came in through windows and doors) with no response to requests for fixes from Jeff. I have had many bad landlords but Jeff was by far the worst. Don’t waste your time or money on his shoddy properties and non-existent maintenance efforts. You’ll be happier anywhere else."
