"Almost a year living here and giving this 5 star rating to the staff at the leasing office and maintenance— huge shout ot to Virginia from the L.O. who has been extremely helpful and considerate of our requests especially with packages, very reliable and quick to respond. Also the maintenance team who addresses all our requests on time and efficiently—shout out to Daniel! This apartment is so convenient when it comes to our work, and walking distance to most parks, trails, and downtown WC. Guest parking is reasonably enough similar to our experiences in other apartments but note that there are no street parking as additional parking spaces. We love how dog friendly it is too! Thanks Brio!"
"They don't care about the residents here. Naila is rude and Tina smiles while giving lip service while not helping the residents. The draconian policies are anti-resident. They won't allow residents into the office. Rather, they make you stand outside in the rain versus coming into the office. Everyone I've spoken to is planning on moving."
"I deeply regret moving here. The office staff won't allow you to unload your furniture. The only option is a 20 minute unloading area on the street. Not nearly enough time to unload. You can't go into the office they insist they speak with you on the street. You are not treated like a resident but rather a homeless vagrant. Naila is rude and aggressive. The most rude and non-customer service staff I've ever experienced. There are far better options in this area."
