The vivere lounge is clean and always welcoming to relax or play pool and watch football on the big tv . Aislynn is an excellent property manager and able to resolve any service requests in a timely manner ."

"Love this place. Living here feels like a vacation home. Very clean, well kept. Kids love the pool. Pet friendly. Property and appliances look new and updated (on the side we live at least). The apartment comes with a washer & dryer. I'm not sure about the bad reviews 'cos like I said, the side we live on looks new. Great views of the mountains, too! ⛰️"

"If you need a place to live, I would not suggest Vivere. Sure, the price "may" be cheaper than other areas, but you lose a lot when it comes to quality of appliances, service, and value. The place has become run down over the last few years. Maintenance services on top of the horrible laundry service situation have only made things worse. Maintenance will prolong an issue with appliances, and there has been no indication that poorly performing appliances will ever be upgraded. Yet rent rises on a year-to-year basis? Then there's the laundry room - outsourced to a third-party vendor that seems to only use machines that break down. I need to take laundry to be washed elsewhere constantly because machines break down or perform poorly. Servicing isn't available on weekends either, so good luck if you have any issues. The front office does a lot to try and "alleviate" these issues, but outside of an overhaul in both of these areas, I don't see any improvement in Vivere's future."

"Was just dropping by to drop something off for a resident and was a bit lost on where I was going. Before I even stepped into the leasing office, one of the associates came outside and yelled at me about where I parked. There was no clear signs or helpful information on where to go or to park. She was kind enough to rush me out of the building and show me where to go. I would be parked in that spot for less than 2 minutes. I hope they don’t treat their residents like this…"

"While the living experience and amenities were more than enjoyable, there’s unfortunately a problem with car break-ins. During my time living here, my car was broken into once and a couple of important valuables were stolen, and everything in my glove box was scattered all around my car. My problem is that there are absolutely no cameras at these apartments, so it’s impossible to find out whoever broke in. I know it’s not anyone’s fault except the idiot that did the crime, but I strongly suggest you guys install cameras. Other than that, the gym and pool were amazing, the landscaping was absolutely beautiful and the management team is awesome."
