From the front office they friendly especially a guy name Esteban Moroz hes a great manager hes been help alot people.I suggested this apartment as 5 star. I moved out because i needed a 2 bedroom and they didn't have one at the time."

"Esteban Made the process super easy . He was on top to communication with me moving in . He communicated the steps of applying . Help me move out on the set date I need to move out by . They are renovating new paint as well we doing the parking lot . My friend used to live here and it looked different and the staff was different . I appreciate the help i got. Can’t wait to move in"

"DON'T FALL FOR THE FAKE RENOVATION. I've lived here for a year now and this is the WORST property i've ever rented from. All of the apartment is outdated and just slapped over with a coat of cheap paint to appear restored. The oven and fridge in my unit was old when I first rented, and both are now barely functioning. Property management is rude, inconsiderate, and unreliable, and at one point I saw one of the managers get into a physical altercation with an elderly homeless woman. Their are roaches and mice in the winter. The roaches are hard to get rid of even after getting sprayed. The children and neighbors are loud at all hours, and their are multiple domestic disturbances. The security is minimal with the gates being brocken multiple times a month, and the laundry room is constantly locked at pecuilar hours making it so you have to pay sometimes 2 or 3 times for a clean load since the only one with a key is mangers. Cannot wait till my lease is up."

"First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Moroz and Joe Perry for the great things they’ve been doing. I’m giving 5 a star review, but it should’ve been more if allowed. I’ve been living here for 7 years and haven’t seen anything exciting until our new manager, Esteban Moroz took over the complex. Before, when I had any simple problem it would take me over a week or two before they start working on my complaint. Now, with new management it only takes a day or 2 before things are addressed or solved and see progress on my request. I had a recent problem with leaky bathroom. Not only did the management took care of the leak but they re did my whole bathroom rather than just patching it up like most landlords would. My wife and I are very happy because our home feels new and modernized! Another thing I’m really happy about is the lighting around the complex. For years, all the lights outside were broken, now all the lights got replaced and its bright and well lit at night! We feel so safe. The building address numbers that Joe put in front of the building have helped resolve delivery issues. The vast improvement that the new management team has brought to the property is now altering my decision to move out. No more noise at night. Peace and quiet. Looking forward to all the change that is still to come. Thank you Esteban and Joe"

"Loved the touring interview !! Very nice apartments .My favorite part is the pool and grill , They have great costumer service and makes you feel right at home . I’m hoping I get to experience calling this place a home , the unit is really quiet and clean place."
