"Poor communication from the leasing office. If you go during business hours the door is locked and no one is there. If you call no one will answer. Don't even think about emailing them because no one will respond. I have been emailing them for the past month and a half regarding overcharging me full months rent and no one answers the phone, no response to my emails, and no one is in the office. When I initially moved in I mentioned to management that the blinds were broken and would CONSTANTLY fall because they would put the old blinds back up as well as the floor sinking in and nothing was done about it. I'm assuming they didn't even make a note of it. Rent is ridiculous and if you don't have an assigned spot good luck finding where to park. The trash bins are always overflowing. The only reason I gave it a star was because maintenance were extremely nice and were helpful."

"This is the worst place to stay, management has changed at least 8 times. Washing Machines are broke, mailboxes are broke, rent is ridiculous they Do Not Care about the tenants!"

"Update (June): 1. Money was returned. Keep asking for it if you have any request. 2. One additional point: my gift card was lost when mailing to this address. The money was all used up before I realized it. Not sure who was responsible for it. Just a concern. 1. They charged me the full monthly rent and late fee even my lease would end in the middle of the month (hope this could be fixed) 2. They kept my sink blocked for 3 days without resolving it during Christmas. No one picked up the emergency call. The smell was terrible. No apology. 3. They were absent most of the time during their work hour. My check was sent to them by FedEx. Attempted to deliver for three times during business hour. No one took it. 4. They never replied emails within 3 days. I had to explain things every time, probably because multiple people were managing the email account? They don’t read the history. 5. They sent me renewal letter confirmation even I told them I would not continue the lease. I had to physically show up and signed whatever document to decline the renewal."

"POSITIVES: I have been in this place for 7 years now and the place has always been quiet, comfortable and getting upgraded whenever required. Maintenance guys are always on time, addressing all the issues required promptly. Separate maintenance call number is available. NEGATIVES: The people working in leasing office mostly are unresponsive, do not attend phone calls or are rude to hang up calls on you and do not like to hear complaints from the tenants. They do not have patience to understand the difficulties the tenants try to share and the need to address them properly. One of the The laundry rooms within the property have persistent issues and the leasing office or maintenance people associated purely with the laundry equipment (private company) do not provide permanent solutions and the washers and dryers are always left in unhygienic conditions with water left for almost 5 or 6 days in the same washer or even 10 days sometimes. In the last 6 months that I have been observing 3 out of 4 washers never work in that one room along with 3 dryers out of 4. This is the first time I have seen "washers and dryers" issues not addressed or a permanent solution not provided and when brought to the leasing office notice, they are not willing to listen to complaint & the magnitude of discomfort the laundry room causes to tenants patiently. As a tenant I was trying to help them understand the situation and how things are left unattended. But, they did not seem to have the patience to listen to the issues completely. SUMMARY: Other than the above regular issues the place is very good and I will still recommend for safety, comfort and how friendly it is to commute around."
