"It’s tough to put into words just how much I adore this place because I could easily write a whole essay about it. Nonetheless, I’ll attempt to keep my review concise and focus on what I personally appreciate about this place. Firstly, its location is perfect. It strikes a balance between being comfortably distant from the hustle and bustle of the city while not feeling isolated in the middle of nowhere. Tucked away amidst the hills, it’s an ideal spot for leisurely morning strolls or spontaneous hikes any time of day. Plus, there are convenient amenities like small businesses and a grocery store that stays open till 2am nearby. And let’s not forget, just a 15-minute drive to the Lafayette BART station ensures easy access to public transportation for those days when you’d rather leave the car behind. As for the apartment homes, they’re fantastic. Clean, well-maintained community areas, and friendly neighborhoods make for a cozy living environment. I’m particularly grateful for our manager, Chris, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our comfort and promptly addresses any questions or service requests. I can confidently say we’ll be staying here for another year. This place has truly become home to me, and I won’t settle for anything less until I find another spot that captures my heart just as much, if not more. After all, it’s all about exploring until you discover that perfect place you love ✨✌️"

"Chris was very supportive in providing all of the information we needed in order to get our apartment. He was very responsive, prompt and professional. Very simple online process to apply, make payments, place maintenance requests, etc."

"My wife and I have lived here for going on three years now and we’re very happy to call this community our home. The property manager, Chris, is very attentive and always there to help with anything we need. The maintenance manager, Luis, keeps the place well maintained and looking great. With the way that the economy is, I’ve noticed that other apartment complexes are actually cutting down on maintenance and upkeep. But that’s not the case here, we’ve recently got pool upgrades, nice pavers put in, and overall management is always working hard to keep our community in top knotch shape. I can’t recommend Valley Ridge enough, we really love it here!"

"I've lived here now for a little over a year and I have to say this is one of the greatest living experiences I've ever had. There is nothing negative I have to say. The maintenance is handled extremely fast with the best support possible from Luis who is always willing to help and does a phenomenal job 100% of the time. Our Community Manager Chris is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met. Not only is this apartment and apartment complex very well maintained and beautiful but the entire staff makes the experience just fantastic. Its honestly hard to find a reason to move out. Me, my wife , and my dog absolutely love it here and look forward to staying here much longer! "
