"I like living here. Sadly, the property company takes advantage of the employees overworked and understaffed. Madison and Gilbert go above & beyond for tenants. If you're considering The Hayden please have grace & patience. They're human & I had to learn that when problems with the unit would arise they would make sure to accommodate me. The employees are not the problem it's the background the management. The employees are trying to do all they can to assist every tenant. God bless them for not giving up and putting in effort. management company must appreciate these two they both deserve a raise and a break. The load they're carrying to keep The Hayden together is not easy. God bless them for not giving up!"

"I'm at this point so frustrated and upset with the Hayden. For one my car was stolen about 2 weeks ago. They don't have cameras which is also a safety issue. My keys were stolen on property. I have had several issues. Madison is great. However, these issues are starting to impact me and cost me financially. They issued me a Pay or Quit Notice yesterday due to me not paying the utility bill for Jan. I have never received such notice in my 15 years of living on my own. I didn't pay due to my autopay being set up for the first of the month. I receive a notice that the rent needs to be paid and the utility bill comes after that which is frustrating. Oh and they issued me a 75 dollar late fee for the utility bill without even calling me. They posted the pay or quit notice without calling me! this is truly draining and upsetting!"

"Great place to stay! Maintenance personnel are quick and provide great service. Management staff are always on top of things and provide great information to the community. Residents are very respectful and friendly. Keep up the great work!!"

"Would NOT recommend living here. This complex has the worst management, very unaffordable, awful location, homeless people everywhere, and paper thin walls. First off, there was a homeless person sleeping in the laundry facility 10 feet away from our apartment. That should have never happened. Also, the vents are awful. Our neighbors above us were marijuana smokers and our whole apartment smelt of marijuana all day everyday. The walls are paper thin and you can hear when your neighbors even turn on their sink or TV. Not to mention that, we were paying over $3,000 a month for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. There were so many hidden fees and charges that we were constantly trying to figure out where they were coming from. Whenever we tried to contact management was unresponsive. We decided enough was enough, so when we put in our 30 day notice, the leasing manager, Brianna instantly become aggressive and rude. We told her it was because it was too expensive to live there she then threw out that we should have negotiated. When we tried to them negotiate she ghosted us and was completely unresponsive. We cleaned the apartment spotlessly and didn’t receive a cent of our deposit back. After several emails, and phone calls later we still haven’t gotten a response. Highly unprofessional of them. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!"

"I have been living here for about 3 months now and have no complaints! Everyone keeps to themselves and is very respectful. The community is very quiet. I even broke my toilet and it was fixed the same day. The ladies in the office have been nothing but helpful and very kind. I am loving my time here so far and highly recommend."
