"Sadly, the comments regarding the lack of communication are spot on. I expressed interest in the property by submitting a contact card via their website. The Assistant Property Manager, Peggy, contacted me the same day and I let her know I would be in touch to schedule a tour after I talked things over with my partner. I emailed her the following morning asking if we could set up a tour for that afternoon and I did not receive a response until after 5pm asking if we could meet the next day. I told her yes and we agreed to meet at 2pm. We arrived at the complex at 1:55pm and were unable to locate the leasing office. I called Peggy and received no answer. We waited around for about 20 minutes while I attempted to call and email Peggy. We finally decided to leave and as we were exiting another car stopped us to ask if we knew where the leasing office was because they had been waiting to be shown a unit as well. It has now been 4 days and I have yet to hear from Peggy. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time."

"Currently would have to give them two stars. Saw the property, beautiful aesthetics, looks just as the pictures present it. However the communication has not been great with the property management. Originally when I applied id always leave a voicemail and get a call back in a couple hours or less. Last week I submitted an application and holding deposit but have heard nothing back. I have been calling, leaving voicemails and texting. Next I will try email. My thing is if I wasn’t approved I just want to move on to the next residence, but I don’t want to put out a bunch of holding deposits that I won’t get back. So I would say the previous reviews about communication have been spot on. Will come back for an update if I ever hear anything or get the chance to move in."

"I’ve been living here for more than 2 years and I never had any problem. . The place is very quiet, SAFE, well maintained and clean. It is a very decent community. Elise, the manager has always been pleasant and helpful in all aspects. Maintenance will always be there if you need them."

"Welcome to the Wild Wild West. This apartment complex is lawless. Rules are not enforced, so you can basically do whatever you want. As long as you pay the rent, you’ll be allowed to stay here. You’ve got some very poor inconsiderate residents here that can easily make you living experience absolutely horrifying. Parking here is atrocious. Walls are paper thin. There is no leasing office or a semi-present leasing manager who checks up on the property. The only bright aspect of the whole place is the excellent maintenance man Cody. Do yourself a favor and when you’ve had a long day at work, don’t choose to have this be the place you come home too. You’ll be miserable!"
