He remembers all the issues I've had, regardless of how minor, and checks up on the status of the issues whenever he sees me and my dog walking. Bill - you're awesome. Five stars for you, dear sir!"

"So many residents seem incapable of picking up after their dogs. Maybe if there were a couple dog mess stations with bags and a trash can like many other complex's have nowadays.."

"Management turn over is constant. Communication is sporadic, inconsistent, and a lot of promises made but never fulfilled. Pricing is absolutely absurd for the low quality fixtures, cabinetry, appliances, customer service, ect. Advertise "all new appliances" but I've lived in 2 different units and both were not new appliances. Things break constantly. The maintenance guy is super nice and helpful but that only goes so far. Rent payment process is a joke, and they love to add charges, so its a fun game to find out what your ledger looks like each month. My apartment leased for 2330, my actual ledger has never been below 2700 with additional charges, fees, ect. Can't wait to get out"
