"They don’t allow tours on Sundays and Mondays and they have a useless AI bot that keeps emailing you to schedule even though you tell it the days don’t work for you. The fact that they only allow tours on select days is classist as only someone who can work from home or have a very flexible schedule would be able to tour with you. It would be different if you at least made an effort to accommodate tours for those that can’t visit you on your tour days."

"I’ve lived here approximately a year, and I have found the staff to be very friendly, professional, responsive and adept. The amenities are a big plus, and also include a pair of ChargePoint chargers in the front parking lot. The kitchens have nice lighting, and the appliances are modern/updated. It’s a friendly area to walk in; close to school, restaurants, and parks. It can be tough to make an apartment feel like home, but somehow that magic has happened here."
