"This place has been with mold for over a month and they don't wanna do nothing about it. Don't answer the phone at the office don't answer my emails. Still gotta pay for my PG&E for running the machine all day 24 seven they never gave me no updates work orders my alarm doesn't work they're stealing my money, my toilet doesn't work my refrigerator doors not closing right this is the worst customer service I ever had in my life you could at least Respond."

"Gale welcomed me and my fiancee with warm open arms and delt with us very professionally... "She made us feel like family". A great person of choice to be in the seat as Leasings Manager. She does her job extremely well... Thanks Gale, you're the greatest!!"

"I would not recommend anyone move to these apartments. Resident services is unhelpful and there are extra charges for everything which is not explicitly stated. To add to that they have completely invaded our living space with a construction project that has taken several months longer than they said it would. They have been inconsiderate and non communicative through the whole thing. To add to that the residents regularly ruin the gates and other facilities. We are constantly receiving mass emails threatening to close the pool or gym if people don't follow the rules. It's unlike anywhere I've lived before and we are eager to leave."

"Unfortunately I cannot give a higher score to this place due to a tenant that has been causing issues for almost a year. I have complained to management and the parent company but yet they are still here. The tenant leaves trash outside the door causing my apartment to have to be fumigated for roaches. They are loud late at night. They bang on the door for hours and even took the door off in order to get in. They park cars in other tenant’s stall that have missing or flat tires and are not drivable. The police have been called several times (including this morning). Sadly I could go on listing the problems they are causing. Overall this place is nice but way too expensive, and to have to deal daily with issues from one tenant that is not being dealt with."
