"Point Richmond is nice they have a quaint little town nestled in this area. It's very nice to walk around and see the old buildings, you also get to see the train come through and you also get to venture through the tunnels to the other side, where there's a nice park and ponds. Lots of shops and food."

"The rooms were nicely furnished, nice decor & style. The lights flickered and the bathroom circuit breaker tripped for some reason (the front desk reset it) and the toilet tank valve wouldn't close so we had to keep turning the water to the toilet on and off by the gate valve under the toilet. So... pretty rooms, great location, issues with plumbing & electrical."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER The hotel management totally disappointed us with the quality of the room as well as the complimentary meal. We booked a room here for 3 days and our first day was horrible with the kind of room we were given. We were given a room where flush did not work and what added to it was that our room was filled with the water from restroom commode. It was stinking profusely. Upon requesting the front desk for a different room, we were refused saying all the rooms were booked out and we had to wait for a technician to come fix it even after saying it was not stay able any more. So we had to pressure them to move us to a different room which they all of a sudden accepted, wherein they initially said all the rooms were sold out but made one for us. Later, on the second day at the complimentary meal, we were constantly being monitored on the amount of food that we eat and they created a very uncomfortable situation for us. We were constantly told we cannot take food outside the dine-in area, which we were okay thinking its a rule for all and we need to abide by it. But to our surprise many people were taking food outside the dine area and upon enquiring about it with the person in the dine area, she turned a deaf ear to us in spite of seeing others taking boxes of food outside the dine area. Upon taking the issue to the notice of the manager, she was taking the side of her employee to our surprise and threatened to have us vacate the room after which we left the area and went back to our room. To our shock, we were then asked to leave the hotel room abruptly even when we had one more day of our reservation left. Never ever happened to us where we were racially discriminated to this level. We felt humiliated in front of all the other hotel residents and their staff and were left outside."

"HOTEL STINKS AND MANAGEMENT RACIAL DISCRIMINATORY We had a reservation for 3 nights. On the first night, water leaked from the toilet bowl and leaked into our bedroom over the night which caused a lot of inconvenience and the wifi was too slow I wasn’t able to work at all. I had to call the reception and they initially told us the rooms are all sold out and we need to wait until someone comes to fix it. Later i had to pressurize them into moving us to another room. The next morning, my friends went to the dining area to have the complimentary breakfast and grab some for me as I was occupied with work and wasn’t able to go the dining area. The lady over there told them not to take any food outside of the dining area and my friends understood and were okay. The lady started recording my friends and was continually monitoring them while they eat. My friends noticed that other people were taking boxes of food to their rooms and they informed the lady where she turned a deaf ear to it. They explained the whole situation to the manager and she made a huge argument and threatened to check us out. Later in the day, they called us down to the reception and forced us to check out of the hotel without our consent. On top of being booked in a stinking room, we are faced with Racial discrimination and humiliation. This is the worst experience i ever had."

"Let's start with the positive. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell that the rooms are getting updated, love that they are updating an existing space instead of starting all over again. The trouble was that the smoke smell in the room was terrible. Not sure if it was one of the past smoking rooms but it was so strong. No carpet, bathroom trash behind the bathroom door. Super disappointing stay. If we had another option for our one night stay we would have left right after we arrived. We definitely got what we paid for."
