"This place is the worst apartment leasing experience I've had in the last 10 years. Avoid at all costs. - Rent is expensive for what it offers and the utilities they bill (water, pest control, trash, etc.) easily go over $200 for a 1BE, excluding electricity and internet. - Apartments are very old despite being renovated. The carpet was damaged and walls are thin so that noise or music easily penetrates them. - Washer and dryer are old and can handle only small loads. - Maintanance is incompetent and many times they had no clue what the issue was and did random fixes. For one electrical outlet and one leak issue with the washing machine I had to submit multiple requests until the manager came and fixed it. The manager did not come to fix a buzzing sound of they dryer as "I was moving out soon" - totally unacceptable. - The leasing team does not address issues and ignores emails. You need to call multiple times or go there in person to get a response. - There are multiple uncivilized residents yelling, jumping or smoking in their apartments. Secondhand smoke entered my unit through the ventilation until downstairs neighbor left. Many weirdos often walk in or around the property confronting people and police often comes onsite. - Garbage overflows and goes all over the parking lot. - I cleaned the apartment very thoroughly and left it in a pristine condition as I found it (if not better). Yet, they charged a cleaning fee claiming that I needed to clean some areas better without showing any evidence of that during the checkout inspection."

"By far the worst management company I've ever experienced. My dog and I were attacked by a guest of tenant and the Leasing company is denying all responsibility. 125lbs mastiff no LEASH. It could have killed a child. Just shows you where their priorities are. I will never recommend this place. I had to rush my dog to the emergency Vet all because the management the tenant allowed their friend to bring a 125 lb dog to their aparment with no leash. STAY FAR away. I had to spend over $1000 in Vet bills and had to nerve to ask for rent. No effort made to accommodate for the incident ."

"Not impressed with this quality of this complex or how management handles issues. It's extremely expensive for a low quality environment. I signed a 13 month lease, and the last 6 months have been especially frustrating. - 1 parking spot per unit, $125/mo for additional spot. Only 2 guest spots for the entire complex. - Monthly utility charges include water heating, pest control, sewer, trash, water, and service. Adds up to at least $200. - $30/mo trash valet free. Mandatory charge. - Trash is literally everywhere. You pay an average of $66/mo for the trash utility charge & $30 for valet, yet it's a constant issue. Nonresidents illegally dump and garbage is piled in the street. - Fireworks never stop. People set them off illegally by the creek, in the parking lot, and the park after 10pm on a weekly basis. They are so loud that car alarms go off. - Police show up in the complex frequently. - People hang out in the alley by the creek every night, playing loud music, and drinking. Management even locked a few gates due to crime issues. - Management takes at least a week to respond to any queries and they are rarely in their office. The only good thing is the proximity to the park/bay."

"Living in Creekside wasn't so bad, except that I was charged ~$160/month for water and sewer for one person. Beyond that, the move out process has been ridiculous. I left my apartment 45 days prior the lease end date. In this case, I'd be responsible for rent until the unit was re-rented. All good there. However, I was still charged early termination fees while *paying rent*. How does that make sense? Additionally, they will charge you an absurd amount for cleaning no matter how clean you leave the apartment. Good luck getting management to answer any of your questions. Now here I am, paid rent and lost my security deposit due to all the extra charges they added. I could not recommend any Equity community based on my experience on Creekside. Terrible."

"I love living in Creekside, the Apartmenys are Good and spacious. I like the Patios they are very spacious. The Staff is kind, the maintenance team is very fast and they respond very fast to maintenance requests. The Apartments is close to the Park, a walk to the Park and there is a dog park which is a walking distance. Should cam view the San Mateo Bridge at the Park which is a very Beautiful view. I like living here as the weather is very Good and has a very nice environments. There are stores close by some drivable and a few walkable distance. Creekside is a Good place for us and we have a washer and drier in the unit. The Unit we live in is 712sqft for a one bedroom which is what we needed. It also comes with a storage. The kitchens are spacious with a microwave too. The living room has is spacious with a Dinning area. The bedroom is spacious fits our California King bed and has 2 chest of drawers and two side drawers for the bed and they fit perfectly well with a TV. They also have a walk in closet and a an additional closet at the corridor. The Bathroom is quite spacious l like the design."
