"I've lived in my apartment for 4 plus years now, and it's always felt like home to me! The apartments and grounds are very well maintained, and our maintenance requests are promptly responded to by the office. Even though there are 30 plus units in this building, it is a very quiet building and we rarely hear our neighbors. The location is excellent as well. A really nice place to live!"

Perfection isn’t possible but the intention to be there for renters is worth a lot. Communication and reliability.
