"Every 1 out of 3 packages delivered to this address is stolen. The apartment won't do anything but tell us to "file complaints to USPS/FedEx". It is the apartment's responsibility to provide a safe and convienient place for delivery! Especially for a large apartment like this, you could put a delivery room, or at least a locker box, instead of piling packages 10 feet away from the driveway."
