How festive. I left you several emails, but still no reply. Ironically you wrote back. Could you take time to try a little bit?"
"Pros: generally good all around. Office staff very friendly and courteous. answered a lot of questions during leasing agreement promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. Maintenance responds to work requests quickly. Apartments are clean and updated. In unit laundry. Excellent location for my needs. Good parking space available. Lots of natural light and can’t hear much outside noise at all despite Sharon rd having quite a bit of traffic. Lots of closet and storage space. Cons: a couple of specific complaints. Very thin walls. I would suggest not living here if you work night shift. You will hear your neighbors all day despite standard noise mitigation (ear plugs, white noise machine, etc). Even just normal walking around makes the ceiling can lights + sprinklers rattle (think: buffet China or glasses rattling loudly). I know sprinklers are a must and the can lights provide nice light but I’m not sure if these leak excessive noise from upstairs to below. Even a toddler running around will wake me up from a deep sleep. The hallway noise can also be loud. As another tenant mentioned, the sprinklers spray into the patio area every night. It limits where I can put metal and fabric outdoor furniture. Also, the upstairs neighbors dirty plant water drains onto the middle of my patio weekly (just a bit inconsiderate of the neighbor if anything). Be prepared to spend a lot of $$ every month. I have lived here 2.5 months. I’m not sure if I will renew our lease or not. I haven’t decided if the cons are dealbreakers yet or not for the small fortune I feel like I pay each month for rent. For the price, I wish it was less noisy and enjoy my patio a bit more."
