"This rating is for the bar and lounge: Amazing and incredible services provided by the bartenders crew, specially Peter, Tyanna and Jeff!! I was visiting last night with a group of around 10-12 colleagues for drinks after work and the service provided was impressively great. Even when it was a big group, they took care of us promptly and we were constantly checked on to ensure we were having a great experience. The drinks and food were great (highly recommend the Blueberry bliss!). I would definitely be back with my team next time that we are in the area"

"The room is really tiny, sink is really close to bed so you can smell strange odor sometime and you can’t walk around the bed :( Besides the size, everything else I think is great. It has all the latest tech setup and easy to use control. I really enjoyed working in the common area and had drinks after work. Staff is super helpful and nice. Meta pays for it. You may have different review if you’re 6 foot guy, because the room is so small!"

"The reason I give this 2 stars is based off price at this specific location. I’ve stayed at many citizenM locations, fantastic hotel. The staff are very friendly, price is usually reasonable, rooms are high tech, comfortable bed, good amenities. I stayed at the Menlo Park location last week for $130, great price. However, I checked the price for this whole week and the average is $680, absolute scam. CitizenM, you should be ashamed. This isnt the first time I’ve seen that price either at this specific location. I asked customer support for an explanation, and they said because of “current market demand” which is unbelievable. You get a tiny room and a free drink with your stay, that does not constitute charging over $600. With that kind of money I can stay at all inclusive resort in mexico and get a lot more for my money. Fix the pricing at this location and my review would be higher. Also, I’ve read some other reviews, Most complain about the small rooms. Clearly, they’ve never stayed at any other citizenM location, they are all the same, so come with that expectation."

"This place is too hip for its own good. Sure, it looks fun, but it’s seriously lacking in services. Want to do laundry? They will point you to an app that doesn’t even service this area. Such cramped rooms make sense for Manhattan, but not the middle of nowhere. The rating would be low even before the astronomical prices, with those, I bumped it down to one star instead of two."

"Funky little hotel nestled on the boundary of the Meta campus. The small Pod rooms take a little adjusting to, with everything controlled from the I room tablet, or your app. I found it harder that there's no ability to boil water in your room, but the restaurant downstairs does okay coffee."
