Pacific View Apartments

"My car was broken into this afternoon in the garage along with 2 other cars. I called the manager at 6pm to let her know and she said someone called earlier to report it and the cops were already out there. We get emails for literally everything, but no emails or calls about break ins in the lives garage to warn the residents to check their property. She also said when people break in they usually break into 4 cars. I’m sorry usually? We warned a few neighbors and they said “oh again?”, so this has happened before and nothing was done to increase security in the garage. We had a security company here at night that was discontinued in December. We need cameras installed and the locks to the gates changed! We expect our possessions to be safe in our gated garage. I have never had my car broken into anywhere. Things need to change at this apartment."

"Beware of this place. The current on-site manager is lazy and has no clue in managing or doing proper background checks. She lacks accountability, communication and always feels bothered when asked to fill a laundry card. This apartment manager recently leased an apartment to a convicted child molester and place him on the same floor a few doors where a child lives with a single mother."

"Management is poor. No response to e-mail. They advertise the view but many apartments lost view to trees. Too expensive for what you get. Have fixed decks twice in 3 years and don't care that they inconvenience their tenants for months on end."
