"I have lived in many places over the years but this is by far the worst place that I have ever lived. I had a drug dealer move in next door to me who was up all hours screaming, breaking things and talking to himself. We had the police there many times, and also for domestic violence. The fire department was also called because the man across the way would leave his burner on and smoke out the neighbors apartments. The Mgt. did nothing. Many of us moved out around the same time because we were scared for our lives. I have lived in Pacifica for many years and should have listened to the warnings from friends about this place."

"This place was amazing 4 years ago when I first moved in..then management was let go and it's been completely downhill ever since .. the quality went from luxury to now looking like a dump. They won't tell you but half the location is now Section 8 housing with so problematic people. Management and facilities crew have had massive turnovers to the point of having 4 different managers in 2 years"

"0 stars. We lived here for a year and it was by far the worst apartment complex we lived in. The neighbors were awful, loud, inconsiderate, and just the most terrible people to be surrounded by. Every unit had incredibly thin walls and there was not a single shred of privacy. Our neighbors one wall over were constantly blasting obnoxious music every day and did not care to stop despite our repeated requests to turn it down. Every single neighbor we came across was like this--just genuinely white trash. The management was invalidating, unavailable and incompetent and did nothing to solve the issues that we had. They were all too willing to turn a blind eye to every single issue as long as it was convenient for them. This isn't due the turnover they had recently (even though the new management is equally as incompetent) because the property manager that we first met didn't bother to keep us updated throughout our application process nor did she send us a lease to sign until literally 2 days before our move in date despite our multiple inquiries."
