"It needed fixing, and it got fixed - what can I say? Kind management, clean, well-appointed grounds, friendly and helpful neighbors. My wife and I love calling Towpath Village home."
"Virginia was so sweet and kind. Took us all around and made us feel like family."
"It truly is the Napa Gem! This property is beautiful and classic. The staff is always kind, prompt to respond, friendly and professional. Love Virginia and David!"
"This is in response to feedback on a maintenance request. Soooo- it doesn’t say which maintenance request so I will assume it is the flood light bulb replacement completed Oct. 18th. The request was made Sept. 24th so I can’t say that was a prompt response. I have other open maintenance requests from March 2023 and May 2022 that just go ignored or not repaired correctly."
"I have been in Towpath for over 10 years now. In the beginning it was nice because I felt welcome. In the past 7 years I have felt like just a monthly check. Of no consequence, to the ownership even though I pay every month on time, even through the pandemic. All I have been rewarded with are above market rents, harassment from management, the project deteriorating due to poor management & lack of maintenance. Trees are now being trimmed for the first time in at least 4-5 years. If shrubs die, they are not replaced, the rear of my unit has never been maintained since about 7 years ago. There are 12" of dead leaves behind my unit which is a fire hazard, yet no one cares. I had to call the city about 5 years ago & complain about tree branches hanging over my unit dropping large branches on the glass atrium to get them cut. The manager would not do anything about it. I have witnessed constant turnover because people became disgruntled. Squeezing every dine has been dollar foolish. I know the cost to renovate each time is far greater than just treating good tenants with appreciation, and maintaining their units. In 10 years I have never had management offer to clean my carpet, touch up paint, nothing but get complaints about something silly & insignificant."
