Best Western Plus Inn At The Vines

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom King suite, a really comfortable living space with a secluded workspace. Bedrooms upstairs feel much fancier than I would have expected. The pool and hot tub area looked great, the gym looked super, though we didn’t feel like taking a dip or working out. The staff are super helpful and absolutely lovely. Only thing that could improve this room is a kitchen, but there is a restaurant right there and a fridge, microwave and coffee station in the room. Traffic noise from the highway is a bit loud, but the space more than makes up for that. Would totally stay here again."

"If you don't mind thin walls and heavy traffic the rooms were nice and the restaurant is good. Dump trucks and loud cars driving by at all hours with no noise barriers makes it almost unbearable."

"A bit noisy with not much soundproofing. Get a top floor room as you will hear every footstep of anyone staying in the room above. Staff was fantastic esp housecleaning. Don't do the breakfast option. Just go to the nearby places like McDonalds or IHOP"

"This place really deserves a 5 star because the staff are friendly, rooms are clean, updated and comfortable. However, there is a ton of construction going on and we spent 15 min trying to figure out how to get back into the parking lot because it was blocked off. No one at the front mentioned that there was a side entrance. It wasn’t obvious to us when we arrived to check in and immediately left for dinner. The windows do a great job of keeping most of the noise out from the work so that was a plus but our neighbor above us was moving around and shutting doors all night. To be fair, I’m not sure if this building is old and sound travels or if the guest was heavy footed but it really sounded like stomping and slamming doors. Not our best night sleep and we don’t recommend this place to light sleepers-even with ear plugs."

"Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I did not realize my marketing team was sending packages and some had already been sent a week ahead of time! I called and they had all our packages with my name on them stored safely. They then had them delivered to the room and were in there when I checked in!! How incredible!! So thankful to your staff for taking care of me! Oh and the cleaning lady was wonderful!! She even straightened my shoes!! Lovely little touches! The rooms were very clean and spacious, the coffee maker broke but they brought me a new one right away. All around it was a really great experience!"
