"Erica, Matthew, and Malachi prove once again that Asher is the team to partner with for your home improvement needs. Thanks for taking the time make sure we were happy with how everything turned out! Quality workmanship, friendly and professional staff! I choose Asher again."
"We were very pleased with the service and product of our gutter guards. Cody and Garrett were very professional and did a great job despite the cold weather.. Adam our salesperson was also great, explained the product and was very knowledgeable. For sure a 5-star rating. Thank you, Brian and Linda"
"I walk through a lot of doors in my work. The ones that impressed me the most were done by Asher. I had them come to replace my 1970s original door because I wanted it done right, with the right door. Asher DID NOT let me down. Chad F and Taip were my installers and were great dudes to have on site, very professional and very knowledgeable! Asher did make a follow-up call to make sure all was good, the door does need a little tweaking, which I totally appreciate, but Chad and Taip, without a doubt, will make the final adjustments perfectly! Super happy!"
"Very pleased with the end product. We had four large windows installed. It took one year, from date of order, to complete the project which was slated to be installed after 6 mos to manufacture the windows. The company did not start the job until month 10 and then took 2 mos more to complete. The company really just did not go the extra mile to communicate all the hold ups. The initial install crew did an OK job but there were items that needed final touches after they left. They left the job not complete. Again, there was a lag in communication to get these concerns addressed. Cody and Scott did an awesome job on the final touches to the installation, one year after starting. Brad Shaw, Field Project Manager, is the company's MVP. After the initial install he found areas that needed addressing, beyond what I had found. It seemed like he, and he alone, made this all come together and finally get finished. The job looks great. The break down: The company, upper management gets 3 stars and that's generous! The initial install crew gets fours stars, and the final install crew gets five stars. I would probably do business with them again, the end result was a professional and nice looking job."
"PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTRACTING WITH ASHER LASTING EXTERIORS. We had a salesman at our home as we were considering a Sunesta Retractable Awning. I questioned his way of installing the awning on our metal roof multiple times as I had concerns that the snow sliding off the roof would damage the awning. His response was it would be fine and he actually was dismissive with my questions and concerns. Against our better judgement, we purchased the awning. Well, less than 9 months later, as I predicted, the awning came off the roof with the snow. Since then I have tried working with Asher Lasting Exteriors as we knew this was their error as the salesman should have known this type of installation was obviously wrong. Chad the owner admitted to the insurance adjuster that the installation wasn't done correctly. However, it appears that once you are paid in full, customer service disappears when you have an issue. Summary: - Adam P., the salesman, we feel is extremely lacking in knowledge of the product and needs better communication and listening skills with his customers. - Returning phone calls and follow through is NOT something this company does. Google Reviews: After the installers are done, they hand you a card saying if you are happy with the installation, they would appreciate a Google review. If you give a 5 star review, they would get a bonus. So, many of the 5 star reviews are not about the company or the product. And how can you rate the installation immediately when as in our case we found out it wasn't installed correctly. (never go by website reviews as they are filtered) Sunesta Awning: Obviously I didn't have it long enough to do a review, but I do know by having the product that they charge way, way more than it is actually worth."
