"Although it took a couple of weeks to get an appoint scheduled due to people being out of the office, once it was scheduled the service was great. The technician phoned ahead to give a specific arrival time, was punctual, was very thorough in his assessment of the problem, taking time to discuss the issue completely. He invited me to participate in the decision of what direction to go. Once that was done, he had all of the tools and equipment needed to make the system changes, and appeared very knowledgeable about what he was doing.
