"Horrible experience living here at the Renaissance Apartments. We placed an $800 dollar deposit, when it came to trying get it back they nickel and dime us for every single thing resulting in us OWING more. I sent an email to them about how they never provided us an itemized report of things that needed to be repaired, Due to the negligence of the maintenance our apartment flooded due to not putting appliances in correctly, and we were billed for a missing light fixture that we requested months ago to try and fix it and received the wrong one. We spent days cleaning the apartment for them to charge us 13 HOURS of cleaning. Once I emailed them about how unpleasant our experience was living there and we will not pay back anything on our deposit till documents are provided. They magically removed carpet cleaning fees, pendent lights, and reduced cleaning costs. This apartment complex also has. HUGE problem with ant infestations. We tried multiple times to clear the ant problem but they never went away since we lived closer to the creek. Do not recommend living here due to the fact they will hassle you when trying to move out, unsafe place due to one of our guest cutting themselves with glass in the pool due to lack of maintenance. They allow biohazards in the area to go unclean for weeks, a domestic dispute happened in our building and blood was spread through the whole property. They only hosed it down with water, didn't treat it as a biohazard, and the blood was left to dry for weeks before they decided to finally clean it. Peoples dogs and children walk around the area all the time and they left a biohazard for weeks, it was honestly disgusting to see. See pictures attached down below."

"terrible apartments I highly recommend you don't plan on moving in here. staff at the front desk is a joke. one night there was some crazy neighbors fighting and left a bloody trail all over the apartment. reported it to staff and they never cleaned up the blood. should have called hasmatt services the blood stayed throughtout the complex for weeks till it dried up. a couple Weekes before our move out first time using the pool and one of my family members cuts there feet and need stitches due to lack of maintenance in the Pool someone threw shards of glass. staff did nothing to help no offer assistance. we lived a year there with a dryer that wouldn't dry and a leaky washer, they gave us a replacement and it flood our whole apartment. we had to run there dehumidifier for 32 hours hours straight 2 big machines and never once was credited for the 400 dollar bill. once we decided to move out. they Nickle and dime the deposit after spending countless days cleaning. place is a joke. Don't move here save yourself the head ache. I'll post the bloody trails of blood later."

"my partner and I were interested in apartments at this facility. we visited multiple times and were in the process of applying. we spoke to both melissa and madison whom were both on different pages and told us completely different things which made the process very confusing and difficult. we were told the deposit would be $600, then it changed to nearly $3,000 for the deposit when we spoke again, the rent was never as listed in the ads, tons of information is missing from the website and both melissa and madison didn’t seem to know the correct answers when asked either, it was constantly confusing and inconsistent. communication with both melissa and madison was unprofessional. this “business” stole our deposits and deceived us. overall, this whole process was confusing, a waste of time, a waste of money, and quite a disgusting display of how horribly ran this facility is. my partner and I decided to look elsewhere, you should too! do not waste your time, effort and money with this facility. this is not a place to call home, you deserve better! do better @Renaissance Apartments!"

"They will steal your deposit. Dealt with Madison Butler(assistant property manager) and Melissa (property manager) who were definitely not on the same page with anything. Told one thing and then back tracked later. Told them I would like to cancel my application and lo and behold they have a 72 hr window to cancel otherwise they pocket your deposit. Was never once told this and was led to believe I could get the deposit back anytime by these straight up crooks. Just look at their reviews and see that this isn't a one time occurrence. Disgusting way to operate a business."
