"am very pleased with my overall experience at this Extended Stay property in Santa Rosa, California (Nearby Fountaingrove). I find the accomodations to be more than adequate to my needs. I like coming to ESA because I know I am always going to find a neat and clean room. Modern appliances, clean white bed sheets and wood floors add to the ambience for me. Most specifically, I keep coming back to this particular chain of properties because I can rely on consistently great customer service throughout the duration of my time here. The staff starring is always organized appropriately to accommodate guest service needs. The front desk associates are the right amount of professional yet still very pleasant and personable and it feels like they genuinely enjoy their jobs as is evidence in thier interactions with guests and exemplary service they provide. The rooms here are always very clean and offer the convenience of a kitchen with full size refrigerator, two & burner cooktop, microwave, and sink. Above all, I enjoy coming to this property because of the friendly and competent staff. "This hotel does not have a functioning Kitchen. So if you want to outfit a kitchen, have at it. Travelers are looking for rest and comfort & are expected to outfit the kitchen. Also no toiletries, no hairdryer, nothing. The worst experience Ive ever had at any hotel."

"I could not ask for a better place to live and stay. Quiet, safe, and a home while I life transition. Staff is caring and attentive, there's a simple breakfast and an on-site laundrette, and the only extras are the laundry and upgrade of the Internet now and then. Full recommendations, no hesitation. I love it here!"
