Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa

"I had an amazing experience with this hotel. Very clean, customer service was outstanding and the room was exactly what I was looking for. (comfortable beds, big tv, decent sized shower--and most of all QUIET) the best part was there was room service 'every' day. It's so nice to come back to a tightly made bed and fresh towels after a long day. They had a nice high tier selection of wines to chose from in a comfortable Bistro area. I know where I'm staying when I'm back in Santa Rosa in August!"

"We used to love this Courtyard Marriott. The latest room "update" is a deal breaker. Gas station sinks in the bathroom, a micro bathtub and ZERO counters. Don't people use toiletries any more? Apparently the Marriott folks don't think so. The bedroom is just as bad. No functional furniture. Just hideous things that can't even be called furniture, and a bed that is a suitable height for a 6 year old. I feel like I'm back in kindergarten. Whoever is responsible for furnishing the "New Courtyard" look missed the mark by a zillion miles. I'll never stay here again. Not even for free on Marriott points. This from a lifetime platinum elite member. Really Marriott? I'm embarrassed for you!"

"The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could when our booking website (not direct with the hotel so we could save $) payment wasn't going through properly - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. We texted through the app, and someone with the app called the front desk so we were able to check in. Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family. The only curveball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again. One thing that would be great would be if they had bikes to borrow or rent. There are nearby bike paths and some places are too far to walk but would definitely be bikeable."

"We were in town for wine tasting in November. This was a great location! Easy walking distance to restaurants, lots of wineries nearby of course! The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. All service was great. Tess at the reception area was really welcoming and helpful. Her smile made you feel like she was greeting family! We got Starbucks and burritos for breakfast - the burrito was huge and very good. A shout out to Micki for her speedy and super friendly service. She even helped us fine a really nice vineyard to add to our list. Her professional attitude and friendly service were “above and beyond”. I will definitely stay here again."

"Convenient place to stay near downtown. The rooms are clean and well maintained, they have added new insulated windows which block any outside road noise. Service was quite good. Both the receptionist and staff were very courteous. The breakfast was something which disappointed us, it’s just one hot dish and a beverage. The food is good but it’s very little in quantity."
