"Absolutely horrible customer service, I am extremely sick and was unable to go to the store myself for my grocery needs, therefore I sent my kind friend who offered to pick up things event though he doesn’t know anything about Indian groceries. When he arrived at the location, he tried his best to find things on my list, he then asked the lady who was working at the front to help assist him with remaining items, the lady who was fully Indian decided to tell him to google search the items instead of helping him with locating the items, she couldn’t find something as simple as fennel seeds at her own work place. She the. Ended up giving him coriander seeds that I did not even ask for. If she didn’t know what fennel seeds were she should have voiced that instead of making him purchase unnecessary items. Poor customer service, they are only after your money they don’t care about customers needs at all. Stay away at all cost. They honestly need better employees who know common Indian ingredients, I was extremely upset and annoyed that they couldn’t even find paratha. Most Indians can agree fennel seeds and paratha are common ingredients in Indian households"

"Poor food and their prices are absolutely random. You can see different prices written at different spaces within the ‘store’. Dosa is absolutely made from all frozen batter and tasted super sour. And they charged us $10 for it which is not advertised anywhere. Perhaps the city hasn’t inspected them for a few years for sanitation either.!"
