"Placed a cake order on TUESDAY for a pickup on SUNDAY at noon. I get to this Sam's club at noon on Sunday and my cake for my son's birthday is even started yet. Talk about very disappointed kid and parents. Way to drop the ball sams club. If it's one thing that's expected at every child's birthday party, it's the cake!!!!! And I don't have one."
"My car battery died at the parking lot of Sam's Club, which luckily has an automotive group and provides battery replacements. Even though we did not have an appointment, we talked to the team and were helped by Walter, an extremely kind and patient man who understood the severity of the situation and helped to boost the battery and subsequently replace it for a brand new Duracell AGM. It was done in no time and we were on our way home. I can't thank enough the automotive team for accommodating us. Keep up the great work."
"Fine experience outside at the gas pump, gas prices are usually fine. Inside is a different story, don’t expect to get helped. Asked for help at the self checkout after no employee would assist on their own. Got attitude from the one employee I asked. Clearly this location is understaffed but that was uncalled for."
"Great place for custom cake order. Reasonably price and excellent quality. The store is a different overall. Not organized and the carts is very difficult to remove from the pack. Also no ice in stock during summer time."
"I've had mixed experiences at Sam's Club though the one in Menomonee Falls is one of the better ones. This time they had the pizza options we all wanted and made a spectacular brownie sunday which we almost couldn't finish. They weren't very busy due to snow so we had plenty of associates and no line. Store was rather clean, but even though the store was nearly empty, some of the food tables needed cleaning. We typically go back and forth between Sam's Club and Costco changing membership every couple years. I do have to say Aldi beats the price at Sam's Club for some items, costco has better service and facilities at a higher price."
