When I have a concern Sal addresses it right away or will let me know that he has to check in it and get back to me. The property manger has made this apartment community more suitable for families. The times that Sal has taken the time out to explain things to me and help me figure things out is SO APPRECIATED! "My Family and I have lived here for 3 years and are very happy here. The town home has a nice floor plan with a decent sized yard with a washer and dryer inside the unit is a plus. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance staff and Salvador the office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. We like that it is a pet friendly community. We enjoy living her at Brush Creek Town homes."

"I've lived at the Boston Court apartments for a year now and I see many constant and positive changes. I did not care for the old manager, Keira. She was always unavailable and unprofessional, especially during times of need. They have recently got rid of her and hired a new manager, Sal. He is a breath of fresh air as he is prompt in responding to my concerns. He is always so helpful when I have an issue, and goes above and beyond to make my son and I feel comfortable and safe. He is very easy to approach and talk to. He also has many wonderful suggestions of restaurants and trails/parks nearby. 10/10 recommend Sal and Renaissance Housing!!"
