"Chris is an amazing manager, very attentive, helpful and very professional in his work. Jerry is a great maintenance man, very helpful and is always very quick to help us with any problems we are having. They are both amazing and are doing an amazing job running this place. All that aside speaking on the physical building itself , it is new and modern. Only issue I have is the parking awful."
"Nice clean place to live. Unfortunately the people who built the buildings cut a lot of corners so we have had to have a lot of maintenance done. On the bright side staff is always on top of everything and has manage to get everything handled in a timely manner. Additional parking is desperately needed, but from what I understand a resolution to that is being worked on. The homeless population is an issue at these apartments with no resolution as of yet though."
"My fiancé and I moved in August of 2023. Our apartment was clean and no major issues were found during tenant inspection. When we toured Pullman, we were excited to live here! Chris Lopez is an amazing on-site property manager and he is one of the reasons we moved in. He is very responsive, respectful, and friendly. We did eventually find a slow drip leak under our bathroom sink after 2 months of living in the unit. Jerry, who works maintenance, is so kind and he does anything and everything to fix the situation at hand. Everyone who lives in the complex is very kind and respectful. Now, we knew moving in the parking situation was a problem. It didn’t bother us until 2 months after we moved in when more tenants moved in. All I’m going to say is if you work and you don’t get home until 5:15-5:30, good luck trying to get a parking spot in the lot. Parking on the street has gotten bad as well. When my fiancé and I leave for the gym around 4:45am, the street is packed and there is no parking. Ownership will tell you that a parking structure is in the works but they haven’t even started on it yet. They decided to start a whole other building with 40+ more units before thinking about the parking situation. Tenants are frustrated and I wish ownership thought about the real priority before building more units that they’re going to have difficulty filling because of the whole parking situation. My fiancé and I feel like we can’t have a life or even go out after work or on the weekends because we are afraid of coming home and not having a parking spot in the lot or on the street. Last thing I want to point out is the noise from loud cars and the homeless. We live facing Wilson St. and we realized on warm nights that we can’t sleep with the window open because of the noise. All in all, we were really excited to start living here but more things keep getting added to our list about the things we dislike as well."
"Moved in on 10/28 to a unit no one had lived in before.( that wasn’t clean) Got notified by management two days later about heating issues, and there's no clear timeline for fixing it. Thanksgiving is just two weeks away, and my elderly parents are flying in, but all they offer is space heaters. Parking is a nightmare; you need to be home by 6 to get a spot. Street parking is a hassle too. Homeless population is a problem, and security is nonexistent. Rent is $2500-$3000, but other places offer better amenities for the same price. Leasing agent lied about parking in EV, saying it's okay if there's no parking. Concessions feel like a bait-and-switch. Overall, a poorly managed place; wouldn't recommend it."
"Our unit was very clean and tidy when we moved in. No major issues with appliances or plumbing and it's been great living here for the most part. Chris Lopez is an excellent property manager and has been super helpful and generous when answering all our questions or fulfilling our needs. Apart from that, the parking situation here is horrendous and there's nowhere near enough parking for all the residents. A lot of the time you'll be parking out on the street when coming home in the evening due to lack of space and the more people move in the worse it gets."
