"Worst place I ever lived. Regular break ins, staff accessing your apartment without permission, filthy dumpsters with garbage scattered everywhere. To top it off, now they add late fees even when you don’t have an outstanding balance/pay bills on time, so basically steal your money. This place is such a scam"

"I lived here for 8 months, it wasn't bad, but it could have been better. The apartments were quite inside, and the floor plan was nice, nice lighting and windows. Everyone has dogs here, to the extent that walking up the stairs to my apartment smelled strongly of dog, the stairways never get cleaned. Security is notably lacking, a lot of transients rummage the dumpsters, and I did have my car window smashed one night - some things were stolen from inside the car. It could be hard to get an appliance fixed, my dishwasher had intermittent issues, and they were not responsive about it. I moved out at the end of August, and I am still waiting on what is left of my security deposit after they charged a lot for cleaning what I thought was a pretty clean apartment when I left. Oh well, glad to have found somewhere more affordable to live."

"Family member of mine that used to reside there recently passed away. Even after cleaning up the apartment and leaving it spotless they still refuse to give back the security deposit to the deceased own mother! On top of that their amenities are filthy and old. For the price they charge you could find something better elsewhere."

"Lived here for 3 lease terms now. Beautiful community that lacks in management communication/maintenance. Don’t be fooled by the ads of a beautiful saltwater lap pool. This is November 2020 and the pool has looked like this for about 3 months now. Incredible view to wake up to. Really taken care of. Looks like we live in an abandoned motel. Also, maintenance here is another level. It can take months, literally months to get anything fixed or completed. If maintenance comes into your apartment there is no note left that they entered, what was done etc. Might be because it actually doesn’t get done, but it’s quite unprofessional."
