"Our family was using the CVS near here for a while, they were always rude and never helpful. So we switched to this Vons Pharmacy and have had the best experiences. They are so kind and helpful and I’m so happy we switched. When you have to pick up medicine every month, you hope to have a pleasant interaction and I can say, so far, they haven’t disappointed me."

"The workers are nice but the manager is extremely rude and acts is if her time is so precious she doesn’t have time to talk. I was told on my previous prescription fill to call ahead to make sure they can fill it. She didn’t even hear me out on the phone before shutting me down and telling me that they would call back when my prescription is ready. Was told they were TOO busy with covid vaccines to talk to me on the phone. So I drove to the pharmacy to state my concerns. No one was getting any shots and no one was at the pharmacy, not surprised. I was speaking with one of the workers and instead of talking to me, the manager talked to the worker over her shoulder to relay the same message I was told over the phone. Now will be waiting all day to hear back from them and a chance I will not be able to fill my full prescription anyways. Just an disgusting lack of professionalism in a career meant to be about helping people. Update: I get back to the house not 10 mins later and I get a call saying it’s filled and I can pick it up after 1. So they gave me just enough time to leave so I would have to come back. Just awful."

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They lured me in with a $25 gift card...and I fell for it! It was a miserable experience from start to finish. It took all day for them to fill a run of the mill inhaler...then, it was defective. I tried to take it back but they would not replace it. They told me I had to call the manufacturer! ME...not them. They didn’t help at all...with anything. I will NEVER use them again. Horrible experience. The worst pharmacy I have ever used...and I had Kaiser in college...so...that is saying something. Lol."

"STAY AWAY! Understaffed and incompetent. Unprofessional embarrassment to Vons. Orders the wrong pharmaceutical- or does not order at all. Poor or no communication - impossibility to get on the phone. No regular staff at times having temps fill in from Los Angeles who don’t care. Shuts down for lunch and randomly opens late. Long lines at times and shamelessly tells you to come back after waiting when drugs are not ready."
