"This is the worst CVS in all of San Diego county. Be prepared to wait hours around coughing sick people. If you go there to get a vaccination it is dirty and completely disorganized. You will also wait while they call people all out of order appointment or not. Avoid this location at all costs."

"Yesterday evening after spending several hours with my sick daughter at urgent care. We were sent to CVS in National City, being open 24/7 to pick up her prescriptions. We were assisted by Ms. Nilou absolutely a professional ,helpful and caring employee. As we waited for medications , I witnessed how outstandingly great and professional she assisted all customers. Great employees should always be recognized. Thank you!"

"Scammed out of gift cards. Don’t buy gift cards from this location. Cashier said the gift card didn’t work kept it and supposedly refunded the money. Once we noticed the money wasn’t refunded, we went back to ask the supervisor about it she didn’t even want to look into it nor tell us when the cashier was working next to fix what happened. We have receipts and names if cvs would like to reach out and help."

"I came in to get some eyelash glue and a card & immediately felt like I was judged/profiled the second I walked in. I walked around a little waiting for my BF to finish up In the pharmacy & every aisle I walked down a worker would come ask me if I needed any help, literally every single aisle. So I didn't really appreciate them making me feel like some sorta theif, then when I went to check out the cashier asked me "are you sure this is it, there isn't anything else?" While she was looking into my purse to see if I had taken anything. It was definitely very off-putting. Probably won't be returning to this store."

"Best place for prescriptions; always open. And there’s a button to ask for them to be ready sooner, yes it works. Urgent Care mix-up, not fun picking up when there’s nothing to pick up. Got a text alert it wouldn’t be ready for 3 hours. Used that button, it was ready within a half hour. Thank you."
