"I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years. Just over the years it has gotten worse and worse by each visit! I’ve been on hold for 20 mins on the phone. You have to seriously wait forever to get some sort of help there. I wish I can give them no stars. It’s disappointing because I used to enjoy coming here since it was just down the street from me. But unfortunately I need to fine a new pharmacy. Here’s another example I went to go pick up my medicine and I was the only there with no huge line ( very rare) the two workers in the back were taking about their personal life’s. I tried everything thing to get their attention and they knowledge me but they continued to talk. They seriously had to go into the back with them and ask if someone could help me. It’s such a hassle coming here. It feels like it takes so much energy out of you coming here. I know that sounds pathetic but it’s true. I can’t believe how they have 5 stars!! I understand they can be low staff but being courteous on the customer and knowledge them would be nice. This is just unbelievable. I’m so fed up with this pharmacy. They definitely lost a customer and I’m 100% sure they lost a lot more."
