"Horrible landlady. She kicked my family out of the apartments and later lied saying they left willingly on their own leaving them with no where to go. Extremely rude and unprofessional, she yells at you and lies consistently and tried getting them out multiple times. Worst experience ever and I would not recommend these apartments to anyone until there is a new owner. Whoever sees this, think twice about living here especially as they don’t fumigate or take care of the apartments when somethings wrong."

"I was grateful to get the apartment when I first moved in. Shortly after I started to see why there is such a high turn over! The children of the complex mostly run wild and terrorized my children to the point that I feel it’s unsafe for my kids to go outside alone. A few months back someone even set our garbage dumpster on fire. That took 3-4 weeks to clean up and to get a new dumpster and there is still oil stains everywhere. There is always food trash all over the common area from the children as well as toys. They go spewing through on the sidewalks even though it’s clearly stated in the lease that is prohibited. There is always something breaking. My dishwasher has been non-operational for months and has yet to be looked at. I went for months without a fire extinguisher because maintenance “forgot” to return it. I’ve had 2 refrigerators replaced in a year and a half. Maintenance put holes in my wall trying to get them down the stairs. Light bulbs go out all the time and you’re not allowed to change them yourself. I’m pretty certain there is an electrical short in a section of my place. They won’t investigate it unless there is a fire. I’ve never had a working doorbell even though I notified the manager when I first moved in. I routinely hear pipes making noise flushing the toilet. The showers are not reinforced at all so it sounds like you’re going to bust through the bottom of it by just standing in the shower. Even my 60lb child has the same issue! Even my doorknob is messed up. It looks like maintenance drilled a screw in it to keep it together. With the type of neighbors around here it would be nice to feel like my home was secure when I’m not there. Management here is ridiculous! There is one person managing this complex and one down the street. She usually isn’t in the office. The hours can be set of 8-12 or 1-4 but she won’t be there. Most of the time i would have to leave my rent check at the other complex because this complex does not have a rent drop box. She may be nice if you kiss butt, but I prefer keeping to myself so she targeted me. Notice after notice of inspection for anything you can think of. When she does come in to inspect she turns her nose up at you and makes comments to herself about everything whether your apartment is clean or not. Once she decided to target me she has done everything she can to unfairly get rid of me. Beware of pests! She’ll talk around the issue, but bed bugs, roaches, and ants are an issue. They do NOT spray. Their solution is to kick you out for a day in order to bomb the unit. That would be fine if there wasn’t several apartments all connected. The pests just move from one place to the next. My energy bill here is astronomical. I’m in a 3 bedroom and it’s pretty common to see $300/month energy bills when I keep the thermostat at 75 degrees and sweat all summer. On the surface these look great. Beware though! They’re falling apart and unless you’re a kiss butt you’ll end up getting evicted over something stupid like the manager not completing her paperwork for your apartment. One of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever been forced to deal with."

"My cousins live there and people were in my opinion very racist. Not everyone but a few. There's no control when it comes to people antagonizing one another. Very disrespectful neighbors. No peaceful living."
