"Summary: I would avoid this hotel for shady billing process. I booked my hotel online through Priceline and paid in advance. At the hotel they took my credit card which I assumed was for incidentals, but they charged my under the old hotel name, Travellodge (same as their wifi still was at the time) for $46.48, which was never refunded. It has been incredibly difficult to get my money back because it was billed under a different name and the hotel has not been responsive to Priceline's calls. It's too bad because it is a good location and the people seemed nice, but I would never stay here again and would not recommend anyone else to, either. Update: I also filled out a Better Business Bureau complaint and the people at the Econolodge never responded. I would really recommend to either book directly if you want to stay here or avoid it completely."

"WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE. Me and my girlfriend checked into the hotel at 4:30pm we got in the room and finally settled down around 7 we noticed some wear and tear in the room, witch we looked past because it is a cheap hotel. As we are laying in bed we noticed blood stains everywhere on the sheets that they tried covering up with a throw blanket There was multiple blood stains. We went to the office and asked for a refund since we haven’t even had been there more then 6 hours and due to the fact that the room is a hazard risk the guy refused to give us a refund and instead said he could move us to a different room witch I declined. Due to the fact that if the house keeper is gonna try to cover up multiple blood with a throw blanket instead of throwing it away and using a different blanket then that goes to show the effort this motel puts into this room please do not stay here not to mention the First Lady I spoke with when wanting to reserve the room didn’t speak English and booking the room was very unprofessional and hard to do."

"Read great reviews, but my experience was somewhat different. The shower tile was not clean, and the whole tub was not that clean. The sheets had some "dirty" spots on them but smelt as if they had been cleaned, so it was a little confusing. There was someone randomly outside my door near the middle of the night on the phone walking back and forth. He sounded like the guy who was at the check-in desk, but I was NOT opening that door to find out. So that was a little confusing and had me on edge. I would not stay here again or recommend it. The river view is hardly a view with all of the trees. The check-in guy was a nice person, though. I'll give the place that."

"Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Staff needs to be more detail oriented and clean AC filters. Dust caked up on entertainment center. No breakfast even though there is continental breakfast listed as amenities."
