Travelodge by Wyndham Red Bluff

"If I could give it a zero I would! The room was disgusting, dirty, the damn door key doesn't work and the guy has to let you in your room. He said it's because of the weather that its too cold...come to find out he lied this is a problem that's been here for a long time they are just too cheap to do anything about it. Lol our dog doesnt even want to come in, everytime we open the door & go out to the car she runs out and jumps in the car & wont come out. I mean There was someone else's hair on the pillow!! Spider and cob webs in the room, the bed duster along the bottom was soiled its beyond unsanitary. I don't even want to sit down. We tried to get our money back as theres a room not far from here that has great breakfast and totally clean for 12$ more and he won't refund our money. Probably cuz they are hurting so bad for buisness. He Basically said F you. OK well, I won't incriminate myself but they just bought themselves a whole new set of problems but you want to force someone to stay in your unsanitary conditions when we wouldnt stay here for free and were being charged?! All i can say is wrong move, guess you get away with this a lot but cant forever.. I can't imagine what your home looks and smells like."

"Front door key, TV, coffee maker Etc nothing worked!! Manager, I believe his name was Pratek, could have cared less. We only had two face cloths and after multiple phone calls he finally brought us some towels. Room had a terrible smell! Would not stay there again for free!! I wish I could give it less than one star as it was the worst place by far that we stayed in!!"

"I was very disappointed in the room itself The toilet seat was broken there was no toilet paper in the room fortunately there was tissues next to the sink that we were able to use The shower door was slamming every time you go in and out of the shower. The room was clean however it was a hot day and the room was very hot The refrigerator was not plugged in the microwave was not plugged in. All in all I was disappointed in the room. The only thing the room had going for it was there was a Gideon's Bible in the drawer. They should know that they can go to Walmart and pick up a toilet seat for $6 and the maintenance man would only take 5 minutes to install a new toilet seat. Retrain the girls that do the cleaning so that they make sure that there's at least two rolls of toilet paper in every room not all customers or thieves."

"When we arrived at 1230 at night we walked in and there were bugs in the bathroom sink and f uit flies flying all around the room.. we asked for a different room and those keys didn't work. After being on the road for 12 hours we just wanted to sleep. We asked for a refund after only being there for 20 minutes and two rooms. I will never stay in this hole again in my life. It was a joke and the staff were ridiculous. GREAT start too our first vacation night."

"We're always leery of what kind of quality to expect from a roadside motel but we were quite happy with our stay here. The price was very fair and it's not often you find a room with three queen beds to fit a family of five. We'll definitely stay here again! The people up front were kind and helpful and we were each given a breakfast bag in the morning (apple, granola bar, and pastry) which was perfect to take on the road."
