"Had to file a case with CVS due to the hostility experienced. See some other reviews. Constant inability to fill prescriptions. Huge language barrier, they can’t speak well enough to help. Avoid!"

"There’s a new pharmacist who is EXTREMELY knowledgable and friendly and helpful, she’s exactly the kind of person who you want handling something as important as your prescriptions (I think her name might be Jelina?). I’m really happy that this pharmacy seems to be finally improving its staffing shortage and doing a better job finding skilled and effective pharmacists, there were a few months in early 2023 where I was considering taking my business elsewhere but they seem to have gotten their act together. My only complaint is that I wish they were open until 9pm (or at least 8pm), but I know that the shortened hours are definitely related to staffing shortage issues."

"Got a flu shot from pharmacist Jonathan. Great experience, they were understaffed but still managed to administer my flu shot within 30 minutes of checking in for the appointment. FYI UCI students ---> UC Irvine SHIP insurance is accepted here."

"I called the pharmacy and the female pharmacist immediately starting talking to me in a way that completely shocked me. Unbelievably rude. When I said my roommate was on her way to pick up my rx she said, "You better hope so". I was so shocked I reverted to mom mode and told her to be nice. I am still shaking from this rude encounter. I miss Nate."

"The lady pharmacist work on Monday is extremely difficult to talk with and unhelpful. I asked for a specific med that has been in shortage, and she didn’t want to help by providing any stock information, and she also kept saying that she worked as a pharmacist for 10 years and seen many like my situation, but she is just not sympathetic or willing to provide stock information."
