CVS Pharmacy

"They are a very busy pharmacy but it makes sense because of their location being in basically the center of the city. If you see that target is packed chances are the pharmacy might be as well so if you’re patient and it doesn’t bother you then you won’t have any problems. If you’re not patient you should probably plan ahead to a slower traffic time (many stores are predictable on that if you pay attention). The staff are very nice and very clear about things. Sometimes I wait for consultation because of flu shots around now or them not having too many staff at the time and a long line and sometimes they’re ready for me immediately but every time they are not rushing me through once they can get to me and they will answer any questions I might have."

"They are incredibly busy. There’s always a long line to pick or drop off. Prescriptions take a long time to get filled. There’s always loud conversations behind the counter and they often don’t see you standing there, or they just ignore you. They also yell your personal medication info to you over a tall thick plexiglass window, to the ears of everyone around you. There’s no personalization, and consultations are rushed. They are clearly eager to get you out the door so they can move on to the next person. Skip this pharmacy."

"Couldn't rate them low enough. I have been seeing the same doctor for the Last 5 Years and coming to this Pharmacy off and on throughout those 5 years. Today I brought a prescription in to them, they went back and talked to the pharmacist and then came back and said we're sorry we don't fill prescriptions for that doctor.I said wait why this is our doctor and has been for over 5 years and you've never had a problem before, they said we don't feel he should be writing those prescriptions.I said, are you a doctor do you get to tell us what prescriptions we get and don't get from the doctor? Anyway, after a long conversation they agreed to fill it this time but asked us not to bring this prescription back to their Pharmacy. Which is fine didn't like this pharmacy anyway. I highly recommend you choose any pharmacy other than this Pharmacy. If Target was smart they would get rid of this Pharmacist because every time we have to get something filled we end up doing shopping and spending money now will do it somewhere else."

"They are fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. What else can I ask for. I've been coming here for years. Every pharmacist has been friendly. Even if the queue is long (e.g. more than 4 ppl in line), the staff have a sense of urgency and will hustle. These are the reasons why I come here even though an actual CVS store is closer and have better hours."
