"I have been doing Holiday lighting for 18 years. Reinders was pretty much the only place to get holiday lighting, so you're stuck with there customer service. I have had multiple orders messed up, and pretty much had to tell them what they were going to do to keep my business. I have called and asked if they had items in stock, and been put on hold for 10 minutes plus, with no results or they won't pick up the phone if you call back at times. They must be pretty busy! Well then tell the customer you're busy and get a call back number. I switched to using SITE ONE landscape supply in Middleton last season. Night and day difference!! Incredible customer service, better pricing and they'll move mountains to find product no one else can and I receive it in days. Tried Reinders for a little simple item this year. Just like the past it didn't work out and is still the same operation apparently. Call Site one! #nailinthecoffinforyoucats"
