"Awesome, variety of products, service & installation. Randi & Brian are great to work with and aren't pushing like some of the other companies that we received quotes from. We had lvp installed in our kitchen, half bath, & hallway along with carpet in our stairway & upstairs hallway. I definitely recommend R & B Carpets & Flooring and will use them in the future."

"Have taken the first step in replaceing our carpet and kitchen floor so far so great Julie has been helping us super helpful not pushing us to one or the other will have to add more later we finally did it all new floors thanks to R&B carpets and flooring and I must say they did a great job lots of fun but great workers we had a great experience with them I had to take a picture of the guys that put in the hardwood floor. Didn't get a picture of the guys doing the carpet but here here's a picture of the two that did the hardwood floor"
"We had our nasty carpet pulled up and the wood floors finished underneath. They turned out fantastic!"
"R&B installed vinyl planking in my kitchen and carpeting in a bedroom last week while I was on vacation. They had done some work on my last house five years ago and I was happy with the work, so I went with them again. Seems to be a different business these days. 1- I went to the store before I went on vacation to drop off a key. I went during store hours, but there wasn’t anybody there. Waste of a half hour. 2- I returned home from vacation to see that their employee had broken the water feed line for my freezer’s ice maker. No note was left, no call was made to inform me of this. The employee simply left the line broken with the broken end sitting on the kitchen floor in a bowl to collect the drainage. 3- I went to the store to collect my house key and ask about the ice maker water line and found out that the employee had never told anyone at the shop about the damage caused. 4- I was told at the store that they were unsure where my house key is- their employee never returned it at the shop. There was a post it note on my invoice that read “where is Steve’s key???” 5- It has now been made clear that the employee who broke the water line for my ice maker invited my neighbor inside my home while I was on vacation. He did this so he would have help with the water leak he created. Beware that if R&B does work on your house while you are gone, you might have unwanted visitors in your home. As it stands now, I just got back from vacation and have a broken ice maker and the shop is unsure where my house key is. Final edit - one last thing- apparently the extra fee to move appliances doesn’t cover cleanup. My new kitchen floor had black resin marks all over it- I believe from the pads on bottom of appliances as they were slid back into place. The Bona cleaner wasn’t enough- I had to get on the floor and scrub. The most thorough floor cleaning I’ve had to do in years and it was on brand new flooring. Edit on 6/17 to address R&B’s response: You did NOT offer to send the owner to fix the water line. You offered Jimmy, who called me at 9PM the night before he was hoping to come by. Jimmy is the employee who didn’t want to fix the water line originally because, as he put it, he “is not a plumber.” Why would I want him to fix it when he was not comfortable fixing it before I even knew about it? Also I shorted the payment by $200. I paid $2100 of a $2300 bill, which is more than fair. I told you I would be deducting the cost of the repairs as well as the appliance moving fee, and that’s what I did."
