"I couldn't be happier with Carpet City Flooring! From start to finish I received exceptional service! Jeannette Z. is absolutely amazing! I was looking for a partial carpet rip out and floating floor to be installed in my basement. I am so happy I went to the expert, because that is what she is. Answered all of my crazy questions (I know nothing, I mean nothing, about floors), gave me honest opinions and even pre-painted the corner rounds to match the baseboards for me prior to installation. I got a quick estimate, fair price, and installation was booked quickly. Speaking of installation, the installer (I'm mad I forgot his name) was exceptional! I wish he was a general contactor! He was on time, immaculate with clean up, and did an outstanding job - I could tell he is a perfectionist, the floor proves it:) The floor surrounds a bar and the corner rounds for that area weren't stained the same color (I knew they wouldn't be and was fine with painting them myself once I decided on the color of the bar) ... he stained/painted them for me (even when I said it wasn't necessary). OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!! For anyone out there thinking they "know a guy" who can do it cheaper ... I say get a quote from Carpet City first. I got 3 including CC. I hate taking work away from my contractor, but in this case it was less than $100 more to go through CC and the service and installation was beyond worth it. Super quick, no headaches, no waiting ... just a beautiful floor installed in less than a day. I am absolutely returning when I need new carpet."
