"Horrible. Second horrible experience with this company. Shame on us! Go to Floors for Less. LL Flooring - just complete poor customer service both times! We purchased inexpensive laminate flooring - Dream Home - $1.34 a ft on sale - a few weeks ago for two small bedrooms. Manager on duty was great. And we thought “wow! Great customer service this time!” We could not have been more wrong. Got home to install this click laminate flooring - we could not get joints to click or flooring to lay flat. After trying for several hours, we gave up. Hired a professional floor installer & he could not get flooring to lay flat & recommend we return. We called LL flooring on Tuesday & was told we could return flooring & get refund. So, put 300 sq ft flooring (20 boxes) BACK into car & back to store my husband goes tonight (Thursday). The person working at Madison store tonight refused to credit my husband for all the flooring (18/20 boxes he refunded us) because he miscounted & thought we only had 19 boxes (husband realized while waiting in back of building that two boxes were combined as one - so of course we had all 20) & one box was not refunded bc it was open & two boards were cut (from when our flooring guy had tried to install). The flooring WOULD NOT LAY FLAT. Poor product; worse customer service. My husband is then told to drive back of store to return flooring & the person working locked up store & left! Either he forgot he still had a customer or didn’t want to deal! We live 25 min away from store. We now have 20 boxes of flooring still in our car that we do not want. And did not receive a full refund. We will call and speak with the guy who sold it to us a few weeks ago - he was a manager & cannot recall his name - but so so frustrated. Ugh!! Learn from us & do not purchase from this store."
