"I ask them to match some stain for my latest project. I left a sample of the wood for a color match and a few pieces of wood to test the color. When they called to say it was ready I ask my daughter to pick it up. So far so good. The color match was terrible. It was no where near the required color. I went back to the store today with my samples and told them I was not satisfied. The young lady tried to consume that it was right. She finally said that she would fix it for me. So I left it with her to fix. She call and said it was ready after about an hour which was fine. I was pleased with the color match; however she was not very nice about it! She needs to be trained on better customer service!"
