"I was very satisfied with the store and the service itself, but 2 of the 3 butcher block countertops that I purchased were damaged after unboxing them at home. One had a large crack running through the length of it on both the top and bottom and it is unusable. Another counter has chunks of wood missing from the corner. I would not recommend their products to anyone looking to buy butcher block. Hopefully after going back in to talk with try them and remedy the problem I will think otherwise, but for the quality, I should have shopped elsewhere."

"West Allis Location Restroom , go before you get there. Needs a good cleaning. Bathroom was urine stained all over .. yuhhhucckk , toilet and floor. Dirty sink. Out of hand towels. Plenty of TP stacked on the floor though, that was a relief. Too bad review photos can not be zoomed in. Photos really do not show the nasty story well enough. That being said.. The fellow at the counter as well as in back did wonderful in all respects of customer service however. One guy to handle all people coming is can cause a wait. But he did great. Patience is expected in such a situation. .Managed to find a nice , very affordable flooring for my entire house. No idea about installers. I choose DIY instead. Easy to install. Happy with product, wears well . Even compared to box store prices .. hard to beat the prices LL offers. I do suggest buying a few extra boxes, or add 20% over your calculator SqFt. Especially in the lighter colored natural flooring... Bound to be some planks that are different than the others and stand out more than the rest of the floor. Consider a floor leveling product if using engineered flooring or ot will make noise, crackle under your feet All in all you get what you pay for. Lower end cheap natural will not have a finish to lessen scratch and dents. The Engineered floating floors have come a long way. Worth a consideration. Pets, kids and outdoor shoes really do a number on soft wood surfaces."
